CANCELLATION / ADJOURNMENT / REFUND POLICY
Ibiza Club Hub reserves the right to retain cancellation fees equal to the reservation cost (pre-payment).
Ibiza Club Hub. reserves the right to reschedule the booking to another time with no refund.
Booking deposits will only be refunded if we are not able to operate all summer 2021 i.g. no alternative bookings within 2021 being possible.
The purchase price will be refunded, but not the advance booking deposit, the shipping costs or any other fees.
Costs of travel will not be refunded.
The organizer reserves the right to reschedule the booking because of occurring COVID-19 regulations.
CORONA VIRUS UPDATE
Due to possible upcoming governmental market regulations, we might not be able to run our summer from April 15th as planned. In this case, we reserve the right to offer an alternative date to launch the summer 2021.
Once, we offer an alternative booking because of Covid-19 there is no extra cost for you.
OTHERS
The right of admission is reserved to the clubs.
There’s no refund for purchased tickets.
The club tickets are valid for all nights during your stay in Ibiza. Unless indicated otherwise at the time of your pick up.
Your tickets must be exchanged for club tickets and drink vouchers. This exchange can be done at Dunes (In between Bora Bora and Ushuaïa) in Playa d’en Bossa daily from 6PM – 8PM
Your E-ticket is never valid in any of the bars and clubs.
Entry hours are the following ones: SWAG: any night (before 1AM), Sankeys: any night (Before 0:30 AM), Fiesta Del Agua Fridays at Es Paradis (before 1AM), Zoo (Before 7PM), Afterlife: Thursdays at Privilege (Before 1PM), HYTE: Wednesdays at Amnesia (Before 1:30 PM)
For all the holiday discounts you can use your e-ticket.
