Therefore, working with us means promoting the number one boat party in Ibiza.
Because we’ve understood that Ibiza is so much more than just party we decided to offer our clients also an adventure package. Therefore, we organise Bus-Tours to beautiful hippie-places like Cala Benirras, Las Dalias, Es Vedra etc, where we are doing a Spanish tapas-picnic all together.
Being a promoter doesn’t just mean handing out flyers to potential clients. It is a more involved role that will require you to take a more direct sales approach and try to sign people up to not only the Cirque de la Nuit Boat Party but also our partner’s events held in the most famous clubs on the island (Pacha, Hï, Ushuaia, Octan, Privilege, Amnesia etc)
We want you to be successful and therefore you will be equipped with all the necessary materials. You will also attend multi-day theoretical and practical workshops where you will learn all skills required for becoming a successful party promoter.
Your working hours will be arranged effectively, and will usually take place between 12 am – 8 pm but with a maximum of 8 hours per day. Everyone is having one day off. So, you will have adequate time to party with your friends, enjoy the island and make your summer unforgettable. ‘Happy workers = Happy company’.
The payment is performance-related and commission-based and is paid at the end of each working day. This means you get a commission for each client attending our party. This varies from minimum 10€ to 25€.
Our experience shows us that less talented but hardworking promoters can earn on average 300 to 450 € per week. Experienced and very hardworking promoters can easily earn twice as much and more.
If you are used to working independently and you are a responsible and reliable person, your goal is not only to go on vacation but also to make some money (!) and you additionally fulfill the following criteria…we guarantee that you will set fire to Ibiza this summer with us:
• Aged between 18 and 40 years old
• Available between April 15th and October 15th
• Able to commit minimum 12 weeks to being part of our team.
• Have a pleasant and positive outlook
• Have a self-confident and convincing appearance
• Eloquent
We do not take care of travel expenses.
If you are a citizen of a European Member State you do not need a visa or any special work permit.
Formality:
We will take care of the paper work all around your employment with Ibiza Club Hub.

In apartments it is rare, but in any case you will have wireless Internet access in all bars for free.
We have signed for long-term deals with local car and scooter rentals for our employees. Depending on duration and season rent starts from 250€ per month. A car costs approx. twice as much.
You are responsible for your physical well being. Anyhow your experienced co-workers and team leaders will definitely show you supermarkets for locals. Self-evidently, you will receive employee discounts with our facilities.

The beach, nightlife district and supermarkets are all within walking distance of our apartments. They all include full kitchen and access to a washing machine. All you need is towels, bedding and high spirits. Located in and around Playa d‘en Bossa, Figueretas and Ibiza Town, the apartments are inhabited exclusively by our employees. They often have a vibrant and fun atmosphere.
The rent is 16€ per day. If you wish, we may be able to offer apartment shares with your friends or workers in a calmer environment, or of course you are welcome to search your own independent apartment separate from the company. Most likely you will meet people on site that you get along with very well so basically you can link up with them and become roommates.
Of course, we will communicate with you upon arrival to match your living preferences with our available flats or do our best to assist you with your own place. We also share contacts of our brokers or owners and support you with language barriers.
